Active Soles Shipping Policy

 All items are shipped from our Plymouth, MA warehouse. In stock merchandise will ship to you on the next business day after you place your order. Please note - we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major national holidays. All orders are shipped by either UPS ground or USPS.

 Items not available for immediate shipment are typically shipped in 7-10 days. We will email you on the next business day after you place your order with detailed shipping information including the expected shipping dates for any backordered items.

 Our standard shipping charge is $10 per order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Please call us at 1-800-881-4322 to make arrangements.

 Everything you order from Active Soles can be returned for exchange or refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. There is no additional shipping charge to mail exchange items to you.

 

Active Soles Return Policy

 If you're not completely satisfied with the shoes you buy from Active Soles, simply return them to us for exchange or refund. You do not need prior approval for the return and there is no time limit. Complete return instructions and a return order form will be included with your shipment.
